Crossbreed is an international corporate entity headquartered at Grynbodgatan 3, Malmö, Sweden and with an office in Karlshamn, Sweden. Crossbreed honours privacy by design principles. The Crossbreed website is conformant with the mandates of the EU e-privacy directive and the EU General Data Protection Directive (GDPR), and are aligned with the guiding principles of the Privacy by Design initiative.
Collection and Use of Personal Data
When you visit the Crossbreed website at www.crossbreed.se to view information about Crossbreed and its service offerings you do not have to submit any personal information whatsoever.
However, if you want more detailed information about our services, case studies, etc., we may ask you to provide personal information such as your name, your corporate email address and the name of the company or organization you represent. We ask for this to provide you with the information you request.
We do not use your contact data for other purposes than to provide you with the information you have asked for. We may also contact you in the future in matters that we feel relate to the topics for which you have shown an interest in provided you do not explicitly demand to be excluded from such communication by notifying us via an unsubscribe form. A link to the unsubscribe form is included in all our messages.
Under no circumstances will Crossbreed forward your personal data to non-Crossbreed third parties for any other reasons than the ones outlined in the Disclosure of Information section below.
Disclosure of Information
Crossbreed is headquartered in Sweden. Data collected from visitors on our website are stored on servers located in Sweden and in compliance with the Swedish Personal Data Act.
Crossbreed will only disclose your personal information to a non-Crossbreed third party if we are forced to do so in order to conform to legal requirements or to comply with a legal process.
Crossbreed offers no services or information intended to attract children and as a result does not knowingly solicit personal information from children under the age of 13.
